What type of products do you sell?

Crafty Klay Creation sell handmade items such as earrings, bookmarks, trinket trays and many other small pieces. All items are lovingly handmade from high-quality polymer clay. All findings and additional components are surgical steel quality and are supplied by other local Australian businesses. As we do mixed-media pieces, all pigments, glitters, resins and varnishes meet the Australian safety standards to help uphold the health of everyone involved.

Considering all pieces are handmade- please keep in mind that imperfections may be present. The durably integrity and beauty of each piece will always remain of a high standard.

How do I look after my Crafty Klay Creation items?

As majority of our items are made from polymer clay- please be mindful to keep pieces out of direct sunlight to avoid damage. For jewellery and hair pieces- please do not wear them/ submerge them in water. We also recommend taking off all items when sleeping. Gentle wipe to clean with a damp cloth when needed.

What is the average turn around time on orders?

All orders placed aim to be sent out within 5 business days. Depending on location and shipping method- please allow adequate time for delivery (refer to Australia Post shipping guide)

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. Please get in contact if you are an overseas viewer and are interested in purchasing.

Are your products available instore?

As well as being available online, selected Crafty Klay Creations are also sold in-store at Elim & Co. This store is located in Ipswich CBD (The Boulevarde- 17 Limestone Street, Ipswich) with parking available underneath the venue. Opening hours are 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday as well as Saturdays 8:30am-1:30pm.

WARNINGS AND CRAFTY KLAY DISCLOSURES

Although all of our earrings are created using surgical steel hardware to be gentle on ears, keep in mind that some people still have "issues" with this type of jewellery if they have a sensitivity to steel. If this is you, please contact us before you purchase and we will see if exchanging to an alternate hardware is doable. We take no responsibility for adverse reactions that may arise from the use of our jewellery and products,

Additionally, we highly advise that if you have a sensitivity to resin/ similar products, please select products which DO NOT INCLUDE resin (all products with resin incorporated have been disclosed). None of our decor range is made to be used for food consumption as majority includes polymer clay which is NOT FOOD SAFE.
